Mode and place of processing the Data
Methods of processing
The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
Place
The Data is processed at the Data Controller's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved with the processing are located.
Retention time
The Data is kept for the time necessary to provide the service requested by the User, or stated by the purposes outlined in this document. Analytics
The services contained in this section enable the Owner to monitor and analyze web traffic and can be used to keep track of User behavior.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Where applicable, ContextWise may use Google Analytics to improve user experience and service stability but does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is strictly necessary for analytics.
User Queries & History Feature
When Users ask questions to the AI within the ContextWise extension, the query text and AI's response may be stored in a history feature. This is solely to aid in learning and review; no third-party processing or distribution of this data occurs. Users can request deletion of their stored data at any time.
YouTube Data Handling
ContextWise only accesses the subtitles and necessary metadata from the YouTube page the user is currently viewing, in order to perform the analysis and provide real-time contextual explanations. This data is processed locally and not shared with any external entity, except for the minimal necessary usage in the AI model to generate the requested contextual analysis.
User Rights
Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data, to object to the processing of their Data, to verify and seek rectification, to restrict the processing of their Data, to have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed, and to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
